26/11/2022 - SERVICE WAS RESTORED TO ALL CUSTOMERS YESTERDAY EVENING

27/11/2022 - ISSUE IS STILL BEING INVESTIGATED. WE ARE AWARE THAT A SELECT FEW CUSTOMER ARE STILL EXPERIENCING SERVICE ISSUES AND ARE WORKING TO RESOLVE THIS ASAP.

28/11/2022 - ENGINEERS ARE IN THE AREA THIS MORNING REVIEWING CONNECTIONS THAT COULD NOT BE RESTORED REMOTELY. FURTHER UPDATES TO FOLLOW

28/11/2022 - ALL CONNECTIONS IMPACTED BY SERVICE OUTAGE FROM 8:30PM/9PM ON FRIDAY 25TH NOVEMBER - APPROX 11PM FRIDAY 25TH NOVEMBER AND SUNDAY 27TH NOVEMBER AM - MONDAY 28TH NOVEMBER AM FULLY RESTORED = SINGLE TRANSMITTING DEVICE FAULT FOUND IN THE AREA.

ANY CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE NOT REPORTED ANY ISSUES TO US AND HAVE EXPERIENCED ISSUES OUTWITH THE ABOVE PLEASE LET US KNOW AS ANYTHING OUTWITH THIS IS LIKELY NOT TO BE A NETWORK ISSUE.
