Update: 25/01/2024 - 09:50
We are aware that some customers are experiencing connection issues that have been caused by Storm Eowyn. We monitored the network closely through the storm and have dispatch engineers to attend our main masts today to assess impact and complete emergency repairs were possible. Our priority is restoring connections as quickly and safely as possible.
Further updates will follow.
Update: 26/01/2025 - 08:20
Due to the storm there is still loss of power throughout Ayrshire and at some of our Mast. These mains masts are running off generators or battery back up systems and our engineers therefore have to keep checking these masts and replacing power systems until Scottish Power have made their repairs. Please note that during this time this may result in temporary loss of service. We are doing all that we can to maintain power at these locations.
Further updates will follow.

Update: 27/01/2024 - 09:00
Our engineers will be continuing to make repairs on the network this week. This may result in slow or intermittent services as battery back up systems are replaced and devices realligned in key parts of the network. Unfortunatley many areas are still without power. We are aware that there are individual customers who have no internet connection, their devices have either been damaged or moved in the storm. We have been monitoring the network and will contact these customers to arrange repairs as soon as possible.
Our team at Speednet have been working hard all weekend to get services back up and running as quickly as possible.
