We have recently made some changes to the services that we provide our residential customers.
We will now only be offering customers three package options instead of four. We have removed the 30MBPS (£45.59) package from sale, and we have increased the connection speeds of our existing customers to match the below new tiered packages.

Up to 50MBPS (Download) Up to 10 MBPS (Upload) £39.59

Average download 35 - 40 MBPS, average upload 5 MBPS. Monthly rolling contract.
Up to 80MBPS (Download) Up to 15MBPS (Upload) £51.59
Unlimited data & download
Average download 60 - 65 MBPS, average upload 8 -15 MBPS. Monthly rolling contract.
If you were on our 10MBPS package at £33.59, your connection has been upgraded to the Up to 25MBPS service at £33.59.
If you were on our 20MBPS package at £39.59, your connection has been upgraded to the Up to 50MBPS service at £39.59.
If you were on our 40MBPS package at £51.59, your connection has been upgraded to the Up to 80MBPS service at £51.59.
As the old 30MBPS connection has been removed, the customers who were on this connection have also had their connections upgraded, to Up to 65MBPS at £45.59, average download 50MBPS and average upload 5MBPS. The Up to 65MBPS package is only available to existing customers who were previously on the 30 MBPS connection.
