What should I do if I have no internet connection?

If you have no internet connection please follow the below steps before reporting the issue to Speednet.

1. Check that there is power at the property and that the power socket it working property.
2. Ensure that all cables are connected fully and there is no internal damage to the cables.
3. Ensure that both the POE adapter and WiFi router are powered on.
4. Ensure that the internal equipment is set up correctly. Our customer support guide includes pictures of how the equipment should be set up. There should be a cable connected to the POE adapter and the outside device through the POE port. The LAN port should be connected to the WiFi router via an ethernet cable connected to the blue port of the WiFi router.
5. Ensure that the WiFi settings on the router has not been has not been switched off accidently. There is a WiFi on/off button WPS button on the back of the router which can sometimes be accidently pressed. Press this for 10 - 20 seconds to switch the WiFi on if this has been switched off. 
6. If you have completed all above steps and are unable to resolve the issue please either log a support ticket, email or call us.
