My first bill is higher than expected

Your first bill may be higher than expected because you have been charged a months running cost plus a pro rata payment.

All payments will be taken by direct debit on or around the 1st of each month. Your first direct debit payment may be slightly more
as this will cover any additional days not covered by your first monthly payment paid upfront at installation.

For example:
Installation date the 17th of January. First month’s upfront cost paid, covering 17th of January to the 17th of February. First direct debit
due on or around the 1st March. Payment for 1st March to the 31st of March plus payment for 18th of February to the 28th of February.
